CLUB INFORMATION

Cape Naturaliste Gymnastics Academy was founded by Chantelle Rice in 2020 to meet the growing need for an accessible, high-quality gymnastics program in the South West of Western Australia. 

Chantelle previously established and operated a successful gymnastics academy in the Pilbara region of WA, before bringing her experience to the South West community. Her background in high-level training and competition pathways has shaped the Academy’s coaching philosophy, with a strong focus on sound technique, physical literacy and long-term athlete development.

Alongside her daughter, Madi Rice, who leads the Academy as Recreational Head Coach and oversees the day-to-day running of the programs, and Kellie Bartle who leads the Competition Squads, our team of qualified coaches support each gymnast’s individual progress and places a strong emphasis on coach development, investing in both experienced coaches and the training of future coaching leaders.
